This anonymized case uses a real JASPER HMI front-panel and PCB assembly photograph. It explains how graphics, controls, indicators, PCB, mechanical alignment, wiring, test access, and release records are coordinated without claiming a named machine, customer, firmware, production quantity, or field result.
The graphic front, switch or touch input, PCB, LEDs, display or window, cables, connector, backer, enclosure, firmware, and host response create one interface. A front panel can look correct while the indicator map, PCB support, connector, grounding, or host logic is wrong. The manufacturing case therefore uses alignment and test evidence at the assembly level before repeat production.

The first useful build closes alignment and ownership before cosmetic and electrical issues become cross-supplier disputes.

The quotation must name the owner of controller configuration, firmware, host communication, safety, usability, EMC, regulatory obligations, and final-equipment release. They are not implied by assembly manufacture.
