Start Your Custom Interface RFQ

Choose the product family, describe the information available, and leave your contact details. You do not need an account, and an unfinished drawing can still support an early engineering review.

01

What are you sourcing?

Choose the closest product family first. Use the specific-product menu when the construction is already known.

02

Describe the project as it stands today

Mark what is confirmed and what is still open. These inputs provide quotation context; the released drawing and agreed specification remain the project record.

03

Where should we send the project follow-up?

Add the contact details that should stay with this RFQ. The form records the source page and attribution already used by the site.

Do not enter passwords or unrelated confidential data. Share only the project information needed for quotation review.

If the form is unavailable, email [email protected].

What happens after you submit

The submitted information starts a project review. It is not an automatic price or a promise that unconfirmed requirements have been accepted.

01

Intake review

The team checks the selected product, drawing status, quantities, environment, and the open questions included in the request.

02

Construction alignment

Materials, circuit, connector, lighting, sealing, housing fit, and sample priorities are clarified where the available information leaves alternatives.

03

Quotation and sample path

Once the quotation basis is clear, the project can move toward the relevant tooling, sample, production, inspection, and approval discussion.

Questions about the RFQ process

Use the form for the information available now. Project-specific capability, material, compliance, performance, and commercial terms are confirmed through the quotation and released records.

Can JASPER review an unfinished drawing?

Yes. Send the current sketch, PDF, artwork, dimensions, photo, or written requirement and clearly mark what is fixed and what remains open. A quotation becomes more precise as construction and acceptance criteria are confirmed.

Can I upload drawings in this form?

This form sends structured project details but does not upload attachments. Use the drawing-link field for a controlled shared link, or email PDF, DXF, Gerber, artwork, and photos to [email protected] using the same company or project name.

Which information helps prepare a useful quotation?

Include the product family, latest drawing or dimensions, artwork, circuit or pinout, tail and connector, quantities, use environment, enclosure context, material preferences, and the checks needed for sample approval.

Does submitting the form create an automatic price?

No. The form starts an RFQ review. Price, tooling, samples, production assumptions, and any project-specific terms depend on the information reviewed and the quotation issued for that project.

What if the project includes more than one interface product?

Choose the closest primary product and list the related parts in the project notes. For example, describe an HMI assembly that also includes a graphic overlay, membrane switch, display window, PCB, or enclosure interface.
