What do you need for a custom membrane switch quote?
Send the panel dimensions or drawing, key layout, artwork, circuit or pinout, connector requirement and expected quantity. Include any backlighting, cleaning, temperature or waterproof requirements. A sample photo is useful when you are matching an existing panel.
Can I start without a finished engineering drawing?
Yes. Start with an outline, sketch, existing sample or equipment requirements. We review the missing construction details with you so the panel layout, circuit connections and mounting requirements can be defined before sample production.
Can you supply prototypes before the production order?
Yes. JASPER prepares samples for review before production release. Check the graphics, key response, connector orientation and fit in your enclosure against the agreed drawing and acceptance requirements.
What determines the minimum order quantity and lead time?
The construction, materials, tooling, order quantity and inspection requirements determine the production plan. Include your sample quantity, expected annual volume and required delivery date in the inquiry. Our quotation sets out the quantity basis, tooling and schedule for your project.
Can a membrane switch be tactile, backlit and waterproof?
These features can be combined in a custom design. The dome, lighting, adhesive, window and tail exit must be designed together. A waterproof or IP rating applies to the tested installed assembly, not to the overlay alone.

JASPER manufactures custom interface products in Dongguan, China. We have supported export OEM projects since 2006, with 5,000 square meters of factory space and 2,500 square meters of cleanroom production space.
